Charlie Foster, MD

Charlie Foster, MD Dr. Foster has been a physician at Waverly Primary Care since 2005. Dr. Foster completed his medical school education at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine where he was awarded the UNC Family Practice Award and the Rural Health Scholar Award. Prior to joining Waverly Primary Care, Dr. Foster worked at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson where he was Vice Chief of Staff. Dr. Foster is Board Certified in Family Practice. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two sons and keeping up with his favorite area sports teams!
